can i apply for ssp scholarship if my father is government employees and we are 3B category

To be eligible for the SSP scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

1. Be a resident of Karnataka
2. Belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Other Backward Classes (OBC) category
3. Have an annual family income of less than or equal to INR 2 lakh
4. Have scored at least 50% in the last examination
5. Be seeking admission in 11th, 12th, B.Com, and ITI courses
6. Be a graduate from ST, SC, OBC, central OBC, EBC, and minority categories
7. Support students from minority communities, such as Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, etc
