can I apply josaa 2020 with both my OBC and general rank?

If you are applying for JOSAA counselling, during the counselling your obc rank will be considered because you have obc reservation. When compared to general, your obc rank will be less and hence your obc rank will get you a better seat and a better college. You will be preferred first for the seat when compared to general category with the same rank.
