yes, you are eligible to take jee main.the candidate should have paased in their board exam with the PCM subjects.if you want admissions in architecture,then you've to obtain 50% aggregate marks in PCM subjects of +2 board exam.to know the further details,

The following eligibility will be considered during admission, not during appearing in the exam or filling the application form.
For admissions to NIT,IIIT,GFTIs
For non sc/st category students there must be minimum of 75% in class 12 or equivalent or be in the top 20 percentile of their exam conducted by board.
For sc/st category 65% enough.
And there is no subject specific cutoff for qualification.

It is the percentage of all the combine subject not a single subject criteria.
They will check your over all percentage marks.
