Can I be sure to get a govt college through state quota in jharkhand at 541 marks or unsure?

Congratulations on getting 541 in neet 2019.I should tell you that you are close to the neet cut off of previous year of 2 government mbbs college in jharkhand. The cut off ranks of 2018 are:-
RIMS,RANCHI-558
MGM MEDICAL COLLEGE,JAMSHEDPUR-548
PATLIPUTRA MEDICAL COLLEGE, DHANBAD-549
The cut off for RAJENDRA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE, RANCHI BDS was 520 so you have very high chances in a government bas college.
As far as government MBBS college is concerned, there are chances but you cannot be sure.You will have to wait till 2nd or 3rd round and see because cut off depends on the current year ranking and the performance of students in that state.I hope that you get into a good government medical college.ALL THE BEST!!
