Sorry to say.....but this is very less time when preparing for a exam like neet, btw you can almost cover 50-60 chapters on a good basis

Do previous year neet and aiims papers.
Revise NCERT throroughly specially the footnotes and the tables.
If you get time , solve JEE Physics and Chemistry as they help in clearing concepts and many a times they come in medical papers.
Sleep regularly, meditate and relax.

Look give 8 to 10 hours to your studies, remember that take sleep of 7 to 8 hours and rest of time you give your time to extra curricular activities.
Make a timetable for your different subjects, prefer ncert for studies they give straight knowledge. Keep solving past year papers and give your best and never loose hope.

Please suggest one thing also that my biology board exam is on 27 march my should I give Allen test series on 18th of march..is it will be distracting..
