can I chance NITs with rank 403045 jee in general category

You told that your 403045 rank has come in the exam. And you are from general category, so sorry to tell you that you are not likely to get any NIT college.Getting a college at this rank is absolutely nil. I will suggest you some private college which is good in placement.
