Diploma courses are offered by various institutes throughout India. The exam conducting policy differs depending on the course and institute from where you are doing diploma. Since you haven't mentioned the Institute from where you are doing Diploma i can't tell you if you are allowed to change exam center or not. However, I'll recommend you to contact your Institute which conducts exam directly.
