can i change my branch after 1st year with 1 supplementary,if i clear my supplementary paper and get 8.5 above??

You didn't mention which college you are studying. It depends on the curriculum of the college. In many colleges if you get sgpa 9 or above you are allowed to change the branch but without backlogs. But whether you will be permitted or not depends on th students count. Try contacting your faculty advisor or the any of the faculty and discuss with them.
