Sorry to inform but as of now, you won't get any chance to correct your personal information as saved in your registered profile used for counseling procedure. You have to continue with the same details as put in.
As a last means to try, all you can do is mail your query to NEET Help desk and see if the concerned authority listens to your plea and responds positively but it's too rare a chance that they respond via mails.
