Hey Natasha,
As per the available information from NEET 2017, CBSE only allows candidates to make changes to their State Code of Eligibility, Category, Disability Status, Medium of exam and Exam Centre. Candidates who did not have to use Aadhar proof, ie. only the candidates from Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and Meghalaya, can also make corrections to their identification identity, date of birth and gender.
However I will urge you not to lose hope. You never know if CBSE might allow changes to other fields in this year’s NEET 2018 correction window if it receives many requests for the same. So do check the status of your application form between March 12 and March 15 and if by chance the option to edit ‘Qualifying Exam Code’ is made available, then go for it.
All the best!
