Can I choose 2 domains one language and general test only
In CTET, you cannot choose only two domains. Language I & II and Child Development & Pedagogy are mandatory for all candidates. For Paper II (Class 6–8), you can choose either Mathematics & Science or Social Science as the optional domain. So, you must appear for the language and pedagogy sections along with one optional domain. Skipping any mandatory section is not allowed.
Hello
Yes, you can choose two domains if your exam or admission rules allow it.
Usually, one domain is a language paper, and the other can be a general test or a different subject.
Check the official guidelines of your board or institution before choosing.
Some exams have fixed subject combinations, while others offer flexibility.
Choosing based on your strengths helps improve your overall score.
Always confirm with the exam authority to avoid any confusion
