can i choose the medial college in second round for 'choice making' of counselling which i denied in the first round of counselling in NEET?

the answer to your question is no,let me explain to you the whole procedure

1. after you are done with your registration,choice filling and payment of fees for first round,you get the allotment list,

2.if you do not take up any college in the first round you apply for the second round(you do not have to pay again)

3. now the choices you submitted in the first round can are treated as null and void i.e you get a fresh new choice submissions for the second round

so sadly the choice you left in the first round cannot be applied for in the second round
