Can i consider vocational subject subject(computer science) instead of chemistry for calculation of top 20 percentile for hsc for JEE?

Hello Aspirant, Top 20 percentile of any board is calculated by marks scored in five subjects which are
Maths
Chemistry
Physics
Language subject
Any subject other than physics, chemistry, Maths, language paper
So you can't neglected chemistry while calculating top 20 percentile.
But if you have two language paper then higher marks scored subject will be taken for calculating top 20 percentile.

But it is stated in the rules of Josaaa that if you have more marks in one subject (other than above four) higher subject marks will be considered... I just read it? Can you check and clarify back? Thank you.

You're giving wrong information my friend. Chemistry is necessary for admission in IIT (JEE Advanced).
But it's not necessary for admission into NIT, IIIT, etc (JEE Mains).
