If you want to do graduation while working in a company then you will need the No Objection Certificate from your company. Most of the companies don't avail such certificates but you may try it out. And if you do it with due permission of your company then you can obviously mention that on CAT. If not then also you can show but an illegal mentality will develop against your resume.
