Well there can be only two opinions for this and its either a "Yes" or a "No". Technically its possible but there are many conditions with it like you said you have completed 50% of syllabus but completing syllabus doesn't guarantee that you can solve all questions from that topics in the exam. I can give you motivation but you are the one has to sit in the actual exam so you have to be honest with yourselves.Solve mocks and previous year questions and you will know yourself. There are 4 attempts for JEE now so you have plenty of time and opportunities.So, study hard and cover the rest syllabus. Nothing is doable without hardwork.

Yes, you can crack jee mains by this much preparation, but make sure that you are really well prepared with it. We don't need much high marks to crack jee mains. 70-80 marks would be enough to crack jee for a general student. So if you attempt even less than 50% of maths, physics and 30% of chemistry then also you can crack it if all the answers are correct. Make sure you do not get much negative marking.
