Can I diretly study laws of motion without studying motion in 1D an 2D or 3D for neet?Are these chapters interrelated with each other?

Yes they are related to each other .
The motion in 1D, 2D,3D sections are part of the application of laws of motion subjects and are very important. In NEET, at least 2-4 questions come from this very topic. Try not skipping it as you may lose 16 marks which creates a huge rank difference. From my personal experience, at least study the basics if you cannot study then complex ones.
