Yes, being a PCM student i . e a student with physics chemistry and Biology in class 12th you are eligible for pursuing B Pharma
This is because,
To be eligible for B Pharma or bachelors in pharmacy, you must have passed your 12th board examination with physics chemistry and Biology/Mathematics and generally you need 50% marks in aggregate to be eligible .
So both biology and mathematics students are eligible for B Pharma
Thus, yes you being a PCM student you can get into B Pharma
And ,
Your admission in b pharma is either on the basis of marks obtained by you in class 12th or through college or university level entrance examination

Yes, you can go for pharmacy after PCM in your 12th standard.The students those are interested in the medical field (except to become a doctor) can choose this course after the completion of class 12th.After the completion of this degree, the students can practice as a Pharmacist.
