Hello aspirant,
Yes you can appear for neet examination if you paas your 12th examination with English medium from any recognised board.
But you need to have Phyiscs , chemistry , biology/biotechnology as your core subjects in 12th standard and you must have passing marks in each of them with the total agreegate of more than 50% in these subjects.

Yes you can apply for NEET UG. Anyone can apply for NEET but he/she should be passed or appearing 12th from any recognized board.
