After completing Bachelor in Pharmacy, there are various options for higher education as well as career wise. If you wish to go for higher studies you can apply for exams like GPAT, NIPER JEE, CUCET, CEE AMPAI etc. If you want to get employed overseas you can give exams like TOEFL, GRE, IELTS etc.

Central government hospitals like AIIMS employ qualified pharmacists at high salary packages on a permanent basis. Most of the pharmacists employed by the central government earn about INR 45,000 - 56,000 per month.

Other options available are of drug inspector. A drug inspector monitors the safety, utility and quality of drugs from its manufacturing till its sale. Salary of a drug inspector ranges from INR 55,000 - 65,000 per month.

In private sector Pharmaceutical and medical devices production/ manufacturing units recruit B.Pharmacy graduates to supervise the daily operations and quality of formulations. The salary varies from INR 8,000 - 20,000 per month depending on your skills.
