Hello Sajid,
Unfortunately you have missed the dates for form correction.
It is allowed to make corrections to your polytechnic registration forms even after you have submitted it but there is a specific period when you can do it.
In most states, it began and ended in April 2019 so now you cannot make any changes to your registration form.
If you still have aome doubts then you can try and contact the helpline number on the registration form and solve your query with them.
