If it's an integrated dual degree, you'll be automatically uplifted to next year if you've cleared all backlogs. Otherwise you've to take admission again in PG course according to your preference.

No, you can't enter directly into fourth year in M.Sc data science after UG degree. You need to do full degree of Masters in data science.
Firstly you need to do a full time Bachelor's degree then do Master's degree.

Yea ofcourse but here in Tamil Nadu most college have only five year integrated course that's y I thought like that..

Yes, in integrated course the things are different. Mostly people opt for integrated course when they donot wish to appear in entrance test for masters. In integrated course the person first does bachelors degree of three years then he or she does

data science is now very demanding field. m.sc in data science is a two year course. after you complete your under graduate degree you can apply for data science post graduate course. there are data science course is available in iiit Hyderabad, iiit Bangalore. which are job related course.
