Can i ews certificate today of ts eamcet.ll it be any use if i submit today?

Dear student, the EWS certificate is of use during the process of counselling, as it has to be submitted at the allotted college for document verification and admission. In TS EAMCET 2019 counselling, you have to carry this certificate with you to the allotted college.

Already results of tseamcet 2rd phase Allotment are released at now I think no use if you have submit because already results are announced but if you submit those now may be there is a chance of you have attended 3rd phase couselling but almost all the Colleges seats are filled that's not a good idea to submit now if you haven't got any good college in 2rd phase then submit it now may be a chance to get better college in 3rd phase
