First of all since you do not hold the domicile of karnataka you wont be eligible for counselling for the medical colleges in the state.
The only way through which you can get a seat is via management quota.
This will require you to directly contact the college for gaining the necessary information about admissions.

With your score its bit difficult, but not impossible.

I  would suggest you also weigh your other options like deemed universities etc and then finally come to a decision.
