Can I fill Councelling form on the jee main basis for CS engineering, I got compartment in maths, what should I do to not to waste a year?

You can fill counselling form for further process irrespective of the compartment result.
But the point is that you will have to clear the compartment exam and pass in all the subjects at the time of admission.
Colleges will ask all the details at the time of admission and at time you will have to show them the result with pass marks in all the subjects.
