can I fill for second counselling if I have submitted hostel fees for the previous alloted seat

no if you have locked the seat in first counseling then you will be automaticaly off for the remaining counseling session as the seat has been alloted to you adn the counselimg will be close for you. so please lock the seat as per your prefrence and your choice. all the best have a great future ahead.
