Hi aspirant,
It is truly possible to participate and get the benefits of home state provided you fulfill any off the following set of criteria:
- The student should be a native citizen of that particular state having a authenticate proof of it (domicile certificate).
- The student must have completed his/her secondary or higher secondary education from an institution in the state which is also recognized by the government.
- Parents must be working in any government or private institution for at least seven years in that particular state.

Dear Students,
Yes, you can fill the multiple state counselling there is no limit on the number of counsellings you can apply for. Even you can participate every NEET counselling of India. But if you will get the benefit of home state for one state only from your domicile certificate is issued.
