Can i fill the second round counseling form for Kerala my marks is 509 general category...

Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 560 marks to get into a government medical college in kerala if you belong to general category.

For government self financing medical colleges the cutoff is about 520 marks.

So you won't be able to get admission in a government medical college.

But you may have chances of getting into a private self financing medical college.

The registration for all rounds of counselling are done only once.
So if you have missed the last date to register for Kerela medical counselling then unfortunately you can't do much and can not join the process in second round.
If you have registered than surely you have high chances of getting a decent government college through state quota.
