Can i get 7 or more than 7 band in IELTS Exam, as my writing part weak,
Hi Charanjeet,
Thanks for approaching us. My simple and straight answer would be 'YES'. Will you be appearing for Academic IELTS or General Training? As you know, the Writing and the Reading sections are different for both the mentioned sections. If you are opting for the General Training IELTS, the Writing section is much easier than the Academic IELTS; you need to write a letter and a general essay.
Nevertheless, the overall IELTS Band is calculated on the basis of the scores you obtain in all the four sections, namely Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking. However, there are two ways to attain Band 7. If you want to secure a band of 7 or more, try scoring between 7.5-8 in all the three sections other than Writing; this will enable you to achieve the desired score.
My personal suggestion for you would be to improve on the Writing skills. It is not difficult. Try to write an essay every day and analyse your mistakes. read and increase your vocabulary.

HI Charanjeet,
The IELTS has four parts – Listening (30 minutes), Reading (60 minutes), Writing (60 minutes) and Speaking (11–14 minutes). The total test time is 2 hours and 45 minutes. The Listening, Reading and Writing tests are done in one sitting.
Each part is scored on a scale of 0-9 and then the average of the 4 sections is your score. You need to first understand

.
Once you understand the scores you may then see what areas are your strength and what are your weaknesses and how you can balance the 4 areas to get your desired scores.
Do revert if you need more information.
