Your rank is decent for all India counselling but not enough to get you seat in any reputed government or private colleges in MBBS in general category. As you have mentioned your marks so according to previous year's cut-offs the safer zone of marks for a general category candidate is from 540-630 marks so you should try your luck through state quota counselling.
