You didn't mention your category, so I am assuming you from general Category.
If you are from general category, then with 450 marks, you will not get a seat in Government Medical College, for example last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for general category was 562 marks and it was for North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College, New Delhi.
