Can I get a government college in Maharashtra. I have secured 575 marks and my ranks is 14621 and my category (UR) rank is 8861.

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With UR category 575 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota. But, you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state tgrough state quota.
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
