can i get a govt medical seat in west bengal(obc ncl) (home state) with 429 marks. career360 is showing my obc rank as 22k-24k?

In 2018 under State Quota, 481 marks secured a seat in Murshidabad Medical College under OBC-A category. 474 marks secured seats in Maldah Medical College and Murshidabad Medical College under OBC-B Category. Those were the cut offs. Going by previous cut offs and your score, it is a tough call. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. but if the rank prediction by carrer360 under obc category i.e. the category rank is correct then with that rank seat can be alloted to me???
