Can i get a mbbs seat in nri quota in kerala or all india. My neetscore is 347

Well NRI quota usually have low cut off and becuase of which your chances of getting a seat might be there but not from all India quota. You should apply to state quota counselling under the same quota for admission in Kerala.

AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
There are only 60k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College
You can Try for Paid management Seat in top Deemed Universities.
