Yes, you can get a medical college based on your NEET score if you comes under SC/ST/BC. But getting good top colleges is not possible. Choose the best college using the college predictor.

Hello,For general category with this marks, you may not able to get seat in government colleges better you can try for private medical colleges under management quota.Good luck!
Yeah u may get a get a govt seat in private college only if you don't belong to open category! If you belong to OC ,you have good chances in some dental college but it's tough to get a medical college! If u have reservation, come and join the partyyy!! U ll definitely get a seat! If u have any doubts comment below I ll definitely help u out!!
