can i get a seat in all in quota or state quota is 425 in neet 2018 being a local to AP

In aiq you wont get any seat.but in state quota yoy can get

Sorry to say but with this score if you belong to general category, you cannot get a government MBBS seat. There are slim chances for state quota.
You have fair chance for private colleges.
