Can i get a seat in All India quota counselling if my score is at around 300-400?

Its very tough but you can still try your luck.

As the competition is increasing day by day it will be very difficult for you to secure a seat in any govt medical College through all India quota, if you belong to a general category as the expected cut-off marks for general category will be 550+ marks but you can try for private and deemed medical colleges.
