can i get a seat in any of college with percentile of 40% in B.Arch. My caste is OBC (BC-B).

Dear aspirant,

With a percentile of 40% in JEE Mains paper 2, I'm afraid you won't be able to get admission into any of the NITs or SPAs.

However, you can try for other institutes while have their own entrance exams or NATA 2019.

I prefer you to appear NATA 2019 which may help you to get into many of the B.Arch colleges as they only prefer NATA or JEE Mains paper 2 marks.
