Can I get a seat in IIT or iiit or gfti with a rank of 16000 in ews category in csab councelling

Dear Aspirant

First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance and I would like to tell you that based on your rank in EWS categories and considering the fact that you belong to general category I feel sorry to inform you that it is very difficult for you to get a seat in government college like IIT, NIT, IIITs or gfti.but even then I would suggest you to must participate in spot round counselling conducted at the end of the normal round counselling. There is a chance that you may grab any government college seat.
