Dear Kamal, 581 is a very good score. In 2018, under Stare Quota, for OBC A Category, 523 marks secured a seat in PGIMS and for OBC B it was 555. Going by the previous cut offs and your expected score, you have a fair chance at this college. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Everyone get insure by obc cutoff of last year but it should also keep in mind that the condidate should have income below 3 lakh. If it is above then merit no in BCA list drop down.

And by this condidate have to take admission through general category
As last year, 570 marks condidate have merit no. 10 and 620 marks condidate have 333 merit no.
But i have heard that this income limit has been increased to 6 lakhs.... Dont know it is true or not....
