There are no NRI quota as such based on JEE Main.
In order to increase the foreign intake NITs take admission on the basis of SAT Scores.
You can write SAT if you want to get admitted but the fees will increase.
Now as I can see you hve obtained a decent rank in JEE Main, so you can directly take admission in NITs by JoSAA counselling.
