Can I get addmision in Maharashtra medical colleges if I haven't cleared neet but I score well in MHT-CET ???

No you cannot get admission into any medical college of Maharashtra if you have not qualified NEET UG. The Supreme Court has ruled that merit lists for admission into medical colleges under both state quota and All India quota will be prepared only on the basis of NEET UG scores. Therefore, only NEET UG scores are used to draw up the state merit list for medical colleges of Maharashtra and not the scores of MHT-CET.

If colleges where you are interested accepts MH-CET for medical exam then you can take an admission. It totally depends on your score and qualifications. As you said your score is good then you will get an admission too. College accepts national level tests and state government tests too to intake candidates. So you can find one for sure.
