as elgibility criteria described by NTA that 12th percentage should be minimum 75 % to get admission in NITs.
so you can get NITs.
but this criteria is only for general .
if you arte SC/ST then you will need onl 65 %.
yes you can get many Government colleges at this Percentile.

First of all congratulations on your excellent performance in JEE Mains.
Although for admissions in NITs/IIIts/GFTIs there is a cut off for the marks obtained on your 12th.
For general category students it is 75% and for SC/ST are to secure 65% marks.
So if you have scored less than 75 and belong to general category then you won't be able to get in the above mentioned colleges.
