No, it is not possible for you to take admission in 2nd year of B.Sc. Every year the Jamia Millia Islamia university releases the notification for admission into its various UG,PG courses. After taking the entrance exam and going through the complete admission process you will be getting the admission in the 1st year of B.Sc, you directly cannot take admission in the 2nd year of the course.
