You may prepare for a year and crack it in next attempt .

As i see your Score in neet. It is very low as per last year cut off.
And this year as you know there is slight decrease in cutoff, So more no. of applicants are now eligible for Medical Courses.

You can Apply For deemed Universities and private Colleges.
