Can I get admission if my neet score is 361 (general category)

If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college are negligible.you might land up in a private medical or dental college.
If you have domicile of any state then it might help you in fetching a seat in that state.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
