Hello student ,

You can not get admission with the score of 2019 , you have to show your entrance exam score to get admission in any field . Entrance exam is held every year to get admission in various field but that is valid to get admission in that particular year only in which have given the entrance , you can not use that score for ever year . You have to give exam in 2020 and score then only you will get admission in any field . Further do mention for which course you are asking for so that I can guide you .
