Can I get admission in any nits my jee main in Jan 2019 session is 67.8 percentile I'm under sc category .???

Your percentile are good.As per previous years cutoffs you have the great chance of getting admission to the good NITs as you belong from reserved category.You should also give JEE MAINS phase 2 for the improvement in marks.So work hard and stay motivated.
