According to the given percentile your rank would be near around 2 Lakhs. It is calculated using the given formula

On the basis of above rank, it is impossible to get good branches in NITs and good NITs as well.

For your category, this rank might take you to NIT Sikkim or lower tier IIITs.

I would suggest you to prepare yourself for second attempt of JEE-Main 2020 and try to hit the target of 97 percentile or more to get in top NITs.
