Hi aspirant,
With 120 marks you have no chance to get admission in any government or private mbbs college. Also you have no chance to get BHMS college. 120 marks is qualifying marks for SC catagory but not a good marks for getting admission in colleges. You can n ext year.

OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
