So i aasume it to be general.

If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government or private medical college are negligible even through state quota.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
